Risø DTU engages in collaboration with a large number of parties, including Danish and foreign enterprises, organisations, public authorities and other research institutions.
Flexibility and the reconciliation of expectations are keywords in all collaboration with Risø. We endeavour to plan our collaboration to benefit all parties involved. Our collaboration is characterised by flexibility within a jointly defined framework.
Risø attaches importance to reconciling the parties' expectations at an early stage of the process, while at the same time ensuring that the necessary legal framework is established in respect of the collaboration. Our collaboration will therefore be formalised through the conclusion of one or more agreements, always tailored to the specific collaboration concerned.
Collaboration with Risø may range from standardised types of services such as the calibration of thermometers and specific collaboration and innovation projects for very specific purposes to large-scale research projects spanning many years.
Moreover, Risø has a portfolio of patents which are commercialised through licensing agreements and start-up enterprises. A number of Risø’s patents can be found at the Patent Exchange.
