In April 2001 ECN, ECOFYS and RISØ set out on the 'Seaworker' for a week of experiments at the Vindeby wind farm to evaluate:
1) whether SODAR could operate successfully from a ship
2) whether SODAR could measure wind speed profiles in the wake of a wind turbine
