Feasibility Assessment and Capacity Building on Wind Energy

Activities included resource assessment and technical, economic, financial, market and policy studies. A number of training and dissemination events were also held. Participating countries were Cambodia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

The Project was co-financed by the EC-ASEAN Energy Facility, and implemented by Risoe National Laboratory jointly with local and European partners
