The project developed and applied a methodological framework for linking development objectives, domestic energy policies with climate change policies. The framework was applied through country studies in Bangladesh, Brazil, China, India, Senegal and South Africa
Guidelines and data formats have been developed and were tested in national modelling work. Two publications were released at COP12. The project teams and UNEP Risoe Centre wrote a special issue in the World Development Journal
