AG2020 - Foresight analysis for world agricultural markets (2020)

Are we approaching the beginning of the end of European agriculture? Or are we moving to a post-production era in which financial attractiveness of lternatives to industrial farming are set to grow?
 
Foresight Analysis for World Agricultural Markets (2020) is an EU project that will run for three years from January 2007. Using novel foresight methods, including policy scenarios and “images of the future”, AG2020 integrates 13 partners from around the EU in order to anticipate what EU agricultural markets might look like in 2020 and beyond. AG2020 will ask how we can get to favourable outcomes and examine policies at a regional level.
