Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, September 3 at Trekroner Sea Fort, an idyllic and very special island located in the Copenhagen harbour with a magnificent view overlooking the city from the water front and the Sea of Oresund!

The old sea for was built in 1786 to defend Copenhagen and has a dramatic history. You can still se the old buildings, the casemates and the cannons, but today it also houses a restaurant and a café in the newly renovated, rustic and cosy personnel buildings and with out-door serving in the summer time.

We will sail directly from IDA Conference Centre in a rented Canal Tour Boat that will take us on a small sightseeing tour in the canals of Copenhagen before we arrive at the Sea Fort (the tour will be about 50 minutes). The price for attending the conference dinner is EUR 70 and includes a barbecue buffet, beverages during the dinner, and the boat trip. You are welcome to bring an accompanying person. Please register for the conference dinner at the registration form.

There will be two departures back from Trekroner Sea Fort to Copenhagen that you can choose between during the evening (the direct tour will be about 10 minutes).
