| We have booked a limited number of hotel rooms at the hotels mentioned below. They are all located in the centre of Copenhagen and are within walking distance to the IDA Conference Centre.
The rooms are booked until June 23, 2008. After this date accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the number of booked rooms is limited, so the rooms will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.
Please fill in the hotel booking form that you find here (Pdf) and return it by e-mail (save the filled-in form and attach it to your e-mail) or fax as indicated in the form.
Cancellation
Any cancellation should be communicated in written as soon as possible. In the case of late cancellation or no show, the amount corresponding to one night’s stay will be debited by the hotels.
