Risø DTU's publication activities 2009

Research at Risø results in extensive publication activities through articles in international journals, research reports and other publications. Publications are part of the basis for transferring knowledge and technology to Risø’s stakeholders in the political system, industry and research. 

Risø’s publications are recorded in Orbit, which is DTU's central research database. There is free access to search in Orbit and to retrieve reports from Risø's own report series in electronic form.

Below we highlight different aspects of the publishing activities in 2009 based on analysis of Risø’s data in Web of Science, an international database from Thomson Scientific (formerly ISI).



Figure 1: Impact of Risø's ISI articles. The graph is based on the search performed in Web of Science (Thomson Scientific). The graph shows the average number of citations in four-year periods for articles published in the period's first year of publication. In the period 1995-1998 as an example: average number of citations of articles published in 1995 and cited 1995-1998.
